Founder and manager of law firm emphasizing business counseling, real estate, employment law, and complex commercial and real estate litigation. Lead trial counsel in numerous complex cases which include real estate transactions, access and boundary disputes, public and private condemnation, antitrust, international trade, business torts, patent and copyright infringement, free speech, and contract issues. Business practice includes formation, acquisitions, mergers and sales. Real estate practice includes sales, development, land use and conservation.
The Firm, previously Jung & Haight, P.C. from December 2000 through August 2004, has focused primarily on real estate and business matters. It has ranged in size since 1990 from one to five attorneys.

1995-2001 Director, Past Chair, I Have a Dream Foundation of Boulder County, Inc. Non-profit organization providing college scholarships for economically disadvantaged young people who successfully graduate from high school and are accepted at the college level. Prior to graduation, participants are provided with tutors, mentors, and other programs to assist them to become successful students and adults.
1990-1992 Director, Past Chair, Serenity Center for Personal Growth, Boulder, Colorado. Non-profit organization designed to provide low-cost counseling for substance and alcohol abuse.
